The document provides instructions for a quiz with two parts. Part A asks to draw a fishbone diagram analyzing factors that could cause failed deliveries, such as production, ordering, supplies, planning, packaging, and purchasing. Part B provides requirements for packaging soap products, including that the package appearance does not affect customer choice, the package is closed without compromise to integrity, and the package protects and absorbs shocks. It also gives two calculation questions: to determine the number of consumer products per carton for orders of 768 pieces in 48 cartons and 264 pieces in 22 cartons, and to calculate the total products needed for both orders including a 2% margin for waste.
