INTRODUCTION RESULTS & DISCUSSION

Centrifugation: After second cycle the samples of all concentrations were liquid.
Lactobacillus acidophilus is the kind of lactic acid bacteria better known and
The Natrosol gel has typical behavior of non-newtonian pseudoplastic fluid

antioxidant activity of a cosmetic formulation using the freeze-dried whole time.

against oxidative action over time.
40C - change the appearance to opaque; Change the color from
transparent to white; Change the pH-4.5 to 3,8-acidified product.
MATERIAL & METHODS 80C- glue to the tube and dry-increased permeability of the
membrane. It was possible to consider that the intact cell was
dissolved and developed in the gel at this temperature.
The methodology used in this study is demonstrated in the figures:

Evaluation of frost/defrost cycle:

From the sixth day there were changes in

viscosity. The product became less fluid at
room temperature in all concentrations. In
frost/defrost cycle, the same changes were
observed from the fourth day. From the

changed its transparent and color to white.

CONCLUSION

Lactobacillus acidophilus was developed on the gel changing their
characteristics analyzed at different temperatures. This development may
also have led to an increase in antioxidant activity.
