Importance
 Law Is Learned Profession.
 Law Is Ever Growing Branch of Study
 There Are Various Fields of Study Under Law.,
 Due to International Covenants and Agreements
Entered Into by Our Country, It Has Become
Unavoidable Necessity to Enact Various Law in
the Country.
 India Being a Member of Uno, It Has Become
Mandatory to Enact Law Taking Into
Consideration the Recommendations of the
International Organisation.
 Legal Profession And Its

 Hence, Under the Above Scenario, Persons
Specialized in Law Have Gain Their Importance
and Legal Profession With Various Specializations
Are Emerging Out As a Lucrative Career
 Now a Days, India Has So Many Legislations, and
in Near Future, Even Individuals Will Be Tangled
With So Many Legal Procedures Which Will

USA, Etc., Which Offers Various Types of
Bachelors and Post-graduate Law Courses
 Usually the Bachelors Degree Awarded by the
Foreign Universities Are Not Recognised in Our
Country and Hence, Foreign Law Graduates Are
Not Entitled to Practice.
 Any How, Various Post-graduate Specialisations
Viz., LLM on Various International Laws Are
Being Conducted by Foreign Universities.

As Far As the Above Courses Are
