High Mast lighting is currently the most efficient and cost

effective way of illuminating large outdoor areas such as
highways, railway yards, dock yards, parking lots, shopping
centers, power plants, coal mines, warehouses, toll plazas
and road junctions.
Illumination
Uniform Illumination: High Masts are mounted at
considerable heights, thus rendering uniform illumination
to the entire area.

Illumination Design: Equipped to handle optimum

designs for all lighting applications like stadiums, traffic
junctions, airports, sea ports, railway marshalling yards,
etc.
Design
Lantern Carriage: The lantern carriage is made of durable
steel tube and serves the dual purpose of carrying
luminaires as well as acts as an electrical conduit. It is
provided with rubber gaskets internally which allows easy
movement and avoids scratches on the mast surface
during movement.

Structural Design: The High mast assembly is housed in a

chassis and is secured axially. Has a capping unit
comprising of die cast aluminium pulley. The pulley is
made of non-corrosive material and runs on self-
lubricating bearings with stainless steel spindles. This
complete assembly is hot dip galvanized.
Design
Mechanical Design:

It has a movable carriage for raising and lowering the

luminaire ring from the mast head to the base, operated
with a power tool motor through Winch gear box. These
motorized controls lowers and raises the luminaires
enabling their easier installation and maintenance in areas
to allow for easier access without disrupting traffic.
Quality
Superior Quality: Sleek high masts lighting are aesthetically
superior to the conventional lattice structures or lower
height poles. High masts are designed to withstand wind
speed as per IS 875 (P-3):2015 and can be customized up to
300Kmph.

Long Life: All high masts are hot dip galvanized by single dip
seven tank processes. Masts has been designed to have a
minimum life of 25 years.

Usage: High masts confirming to various terrains, wind

zones, and heights are made and installed in India and
abroad. It is used for large area lighting with minimum
number of obstructions.
