 Daily Accomplishment Report
• We are Assigned to be an encoder for the first week of our Work Immersion
Program in Barangay Sta. Monica at Moises Street, Jordan Plaines
Subdivision, Novaliches Quezon City.
• But on the second week or last week of our work immersion program we do
different things like assisting the inquirers for their documents.
• We are assigned also in editing of data and creating of Indegencies and
Barangay Clearance.
 Summary of OJT Hours
• Our summary of OJT Hours are from October 18, 2017 from 8am to 5pm
(8 Hours a day) up to November 2, 2017
• We received our certificate at Barangay Sta. Monica on November 2, 2017

Expectation(Before) My expectation in our work immersion is I'm to nervous of what we must do when we are
in our workplaces.
Expectation(After) after we finish are assigned jobs in Sta. Monica Barangay hall I'm expect that we are need to
change our attitudes be cooperative, responsible and creative worker.
Reflection Base on what I've experienced on our work immersion, not only the work we do but also our co-
workers they give us some advice. Also, they teach us about ethics and how to communicate on other residents.
I will keep that moments and memories with our co-workers because they're great. We give us experience to
teach us and learn from the outside world not only in the four corners of the room.

Expectation(Before) My expectation on my work immersion is like our co-workers will be harsh because
we are beginners and the task that assign on me I don't think I will finish it on time.

Expectation(After) By completing the time given to us, I will say that my expectation before is just my
negativity because base on what we've experience on our work immersion our co-workers are really funny
and lovely they help us on our task then we finish it on time. That experience I will treasure it because
not only we do our task our co-workers they give us an advice.

Reflection Base on what I've experienced on our work immersion, not only the work we do but also our
co-workers they give us some advice. Also, they teach us about ethics and how to communicate on other
residents. I will keep that moments and memories with our co-workers because they're great.
