OFFICE FLOOR PLAN

Summary status
In the office plan, I used symbols for data and telecommunication outlets
I began working on office plan, here are few plans which I’m thinking to execute
Office plan represents different rooms named as Duo, Quadra, Floor Mounted, Ceily Mated
Single, double and triple rooms are described as Duo, Quadra and Floor Mounted respectively
Main goal is to,

1. Deliver predictable consistency, efficiency and success

2. Managing organizational portfolio
3. Implement standard practices

Till now, I completed labeling the rooms and working on organizational portfolio and standard practices
Team effort, communication and status
• Me and my team mate are working together in better development of the project
• I compared my own office plan with the project for real time implementation
• We communicate with each other through email and phone
• Status of the project – Working on software and hardware deliverables.
• Drawback:
• Here I feel like instead of communicating through phone/mail it’s a better way to
communicate directly as we can discuss more about the project in person.
Resources / Team member assignments
•For office plan resource, we are using corporate approach managing one million personal budget and
strategic planning process, crafts corporate policy and maintaining Business Intelligence tools which
automates and reengineers business process
•Our plan consists of three modules. They are
• Administrative Management and analysis
• Business process management
• Integrated program management
Team member assignments
•As mentioned above, we are working together on assignments
•During the first project I assisted my team mate and at present he is assisting me.
•So far we have finished the deliverables for office plan and currently working on deliverables for
software and hardware requirements, and IP-addressing is remaining in our project.
Project schedule and timelines
•I am working from 5 pm – 7 pm everyday on this project
•So far, we have completed the deliverables for office plan

•Requirements highlights
For business functions,
Our plan consist of production, research and development and purchaisng.
Data –We collected real time data for business.
Telecom, Wired and Wireless- here these three mention the wired connections and wireless
connections, in which we are taking LAN/WAN connections.
Our goal is to provide all the deliverables and IP-adressing for Network Data and Telecom
