MICROTEACHING LEARNING
COMPETENCY
A.STANDARD OF LEARNING COMPETENCY MICROTEACHING

Competence is a statement that describes the appearance of a


certain ability unanimously which is a combination of knowledge, skills
and attitudes that can be observed and measured. Teaching is teaching
students who are learning (learners). The learner is positioned as the
subject of learning, while the teacher (teacher) as the facilitator. This is
in accordance with the principles of competency-based learning.
Teachers membelajarkan and empower the learner to have a certain
competence.
B.BASIC COMPETENCY IN MICRO LEARNING INDICATORS

techniques, and evaluating techniques

C. DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING PLAN PROGRAM (RPP)

1. Understanding

In accordance with the Ministry of National Education Regulation


No.41 of 2007 on the standard process described that the RPP is derived
from the syllabus to direct the learning activities of learners in an effort
to achieve basic competence. Each teacher in the educational unit is
obliged to develop a complete and systematic RPP for learning to take
place interactively, inspiration, fun, challenging, motivate learners to
participate actively, and provide sufficient space for initiative, creativity
and independence in accordance with the talents, interests and physical
development as well as psychological learners.
