How to capitalize wisely on data analysis to run


efficiently the talent management

• Bureaucracy is so ingrained
• Competence at leveraging the data
• The productivity problem of the manager
ALTERNATIVES

• In our case we have two alternatives


• the first one is about accepting the project of having a new system
• Advantages :

• this will help the company to have a


good relationship and stay in permanent
contact with the employees
• this will allow the company to properly analyze the
data
• this will allow the company to have data close to
reality
• Disadvantages
• It will cost a lot to the company because the
system is very expensive and the people
department should organize a sessions to train
and to make people know how to use the
system
• There is some kind of employees who don't have
a permament access to
internet so this will not concern all
the employees
• The second alternative is
• to forget about the project and keep the same old system
• Advantages :

• the company will save the money and can invest it in another
department
• Disadvantages :

• the company will not develop their human resources and will never
be sure of the satisfaction of the employees
• The
managers will think that everything is alright and will start ignoring
the document received from the people department
