1. Ambergris, the whale's sperm

When you want to buy perfume try to note the written on the
bottle and list the composition carefully. When there is the word
'ambergris' means the perfume contains the ingredients derived
from the whale. Ambergris is an ingredient derived from whale
sperm. Usually producers take this material on species found dead
in the ocean. This ambergris material function is to reinforce
previously volatile fragrances. According to these ambergris
producers it has a lighter weight when compared to water and will
usually float in the oceans. Therefore they must manually collect the
material or wait for it to be swept up to the shoreline. It takes a few
months to dry this thing so that its fishy smell can turn into ambergris
scent.

2. Castoreum, from the beaver gland
If the bottle or pack of your favorite perfume is "castoreum", then
remember the figure of a cute animal builder of the dam is a beaver.
This castoreum is one of the perfume materials produced by a pair
of beaver body glands. These glands are called oils that can
function to protect the animal's fur due to changes in weather.
Animals most commonly found in Russia and North America is said
to be much hunted in January. Because at the beginning of this year
feather beavers are in beautiful condition, therefore they are really
sought. Castoreum itself is said to be the best perfume booster and
is used in conjunction with an alcohol solution. This material is often

3. Musk, from deer's stomach glands

Perhaps this one term is not foreign we hear and see on the perfume
packaging that appears in television commercials and sold in shopping centers.
Did you know that this musk aroma comes from the secretion of fragrance that
has been produced by the stomach glands of the stag without horns? This
species of deer will be very easy to find in Central Asia precisely in the
Himalayas. This animal has actually been classified as a rare species that
allegedly will soon be extinct. Therefore today the government forbids the
community to hunt the deer. Undeterred, the community then made a deer
breeding where they could operate and take the glands before then the deer
was released again. Given the more difficult for perfume makers to gain musk,
so now they are switching to using musk synthesis at a more economical price.

4. Civet, from musk
In addition to whales, otters, and deer, it turns out that a cute musk like a
musk also can not escape the threat of perfume makers. In Indonesia itself
many people classify it as a cat species, but some are calling it a family of
rats. The musk species that are often used to produce perfume usually
come from the southwestern region of Ethiopia. Musk has a belly pouch that
produces a substance called viverreum. This material usually has a thick
texture and brownish color and comes with a pretty loud scent when
inhaled. But the users claimed when the viverreum has been processed into
perfume perfume that produced a warm and sensual impression.
Unexpectedly this small animal can produce such a fragrance.
