companies. The Author is a prolific writer who is
regarded an authority in the domain of business
and Management consultancy. The Author has to
his credit a number of books for managers some of

2001. Since then it has been reprinted for a
number of times by hodder & Stoughton,
London. The present updated edition of the
book was rewritten by the Author in the year
2007.
