 Part APARs possible: In such case , the period has to be
mentioned exactly.

 If the Reporting Officer is under transfer, it should be


written immediately and not at the end of the year.

 APAR section responsible for this.

 Where no Reporting Officer, the Reviewing Officer


may initiate the APAR and will give it to his/her
superior, if any, for Review.

 This is factually correct, but the superior officer needs to
make up his definite judgement early

 Since the integrity of the officer is doubtful, a


secret note is attached

 Not watched the officer’s work for sufficient time


to form a definite judgement, but nothing adverse
has been heard against the officer’s integrity.
