pupil if you know then

and First Name if no

 Type the First Attendance

Type the Date of First Attendance – Reference is SF 2.

Please be careful in filling the FDoA, Un-editable. Click
 Revise EOSY 2017-2018 Grade and Status,
when clicking the radio check box, Grade Level
and Status will enable. The purpose of this
revised EOSY is to correct the erroneously
tagged status and grade level. All the request
escalated to the Central office is cancelled last
EOSY 2017-2018.
Fill up the required data

All Transferred In student coming from other school, Status will be
PENDING TRANSFER. After the Originating School Confirm the
student, the Status will be NO STATUS.

Once the Originating School Confirm the student, Receiving School will
now update the Profile of the student if there is a correction to be done.
