planning, executing, controlling, and closing
the work of a team to achieve specific goals and
meet specific success criteria at the specified
time.

 For our Project , we selected Ronald McDonald

House Charity Organization.
 And we Select Three team members including
project manager (Stakeholders)
 We select Sponsor as a Abacus Institute (Our
College)( Stakeholders)
 According to our Project, Our vision is earn some profit
through the food exhibition and give that profit to the
charity organization.
Our project starting date is 21th of may and our project
closing date is 18th of June.
•Then we planned our project ,Include the planning, we
discuss about the Project objective, assumptions, project
scope, project milestone, roles and Responsibilities,
resources, project risks, and successful measurements.
 This is the important part of the project.

algorithm and we create Network diagram and critical path.
During these period we calculate our cost and Duration for each
activity,

According to the executing, first we purchase our food
ingredients and supply resources.
Then we do our advertising process through the
banners, notice, reflects and informing.
After that we prepared our own food for the exhibition
and we print the entrance ticket.
Project manager always analyst the project and
motivate the team members.
Then we organize a open day orientation.
During these activities we always touch in with our
budget.
Finally we decorate our room and ready for the
exhibition.
Then we present our orientation in first day for the
donors and start to sell our tickets.
 Control the project is a important fact of the
project.
 According to the this part it control our
planning according to the milestone.
 This part is go until we finish the project
activities.
 Project controlling process depend on the team
members and project manager.
In controlling part we mainly target our budget and profit.

We also try to control our change management process,

because that is directly impact to the project.
