• PROBLEM STATEMENT
– The Customer Training 7FA Gas Turbine-Generator Operations Control
Air Digital Lesson is not complete such that a qualified Trainer/
Instructor can utilize it to effectively and efficiently train customers.
• GOAL
– Measure and control the quality of the Customer Training 7FA Gas
Turbine-Generator Operations Control Air Digital Lesson to provide
complete, accurate and precise training for the course attendees.
• BUSINESS IMPACT
– A developed & defined lesson which will provide the client with an
operator that has the knowledge necessary to consistently/concisely
operate and assist in troubleshooting a MS7001FA Power Plant.
• IDENTIFY CUSTOMER WANT
– Quality Power Plant Operators
