 Requirements – Questionnaire (1/2)
1. How does the on-line survey work?
The online survey is hosted on a server managed by Ipsos.
Employees with a professional email address will receive a personalized letter in their mailbox inviting to participate in the survey. The email will
contain a customized link that contains background employee information already collated. By clicking on the link, they will connect to the survey
and will be able to respond by using their Internet browser. Reminders will be sent by email during the fieldwork.
An email hotline is available for employees with questions or technical issues.
Access to the survey by computer terminals (kiosks) can be made available to allow employees who do not have professional email address,
computer station or Internet access to participate in the survey.
2. What are the requirements?
In order to participate in the online survey, employees must have:
◦ Authorized access via internet to Ipsos servers for the duration of the survey.
◦ A professional email address or password information distributed via other methods.

Users : All employees included in the scope of the survey . To check the accessibility to these domains, Ipsos will provide client IT contact
Requirements : a link to a short questionnaire for completion.
◦ Internet access Invitation emails and reminders:
◦ A Web browser: It is necessary that invitation and reminder emails issued by Ipsos are properly
o Internet Explorer 6 + delivered to the employee mailboxes.
o Safari 3.1+ => The client needs to authorize and identify the survey communication

At the global level: Pages and document weights:
