A. Edit the action verbs necessary and rewrite the activity or decision statement in the same box such that it is relevant to your job/roles. E.g. ‘Develop 3-year plan for

work item.
c. Consulted (C) refers to the subject matter expert who is consulted and may contribute. Several team members may be consulted.
d. Informed (I) refers to the people who will be informed when a deliverable is complete. Several team members may be informed. Communication only goes one way.
