Disruptive Innovation
A process by which a product or service takes root initially in simple applications
at the bottom of a market and then relentlessly moves up market, eventually
displacing established competitors (Christensen , 1997).
….innovations that make products and services more accessible and affordable,
thereby making them available to a much larger population.
Disruption
Disruptive behavior/Disruption the new technology lead to, or have the
potential to cause change in society, and as such cause disruptions without
