Writing is very similar to exploring a maze.

As you begin to write, you have many paths to follow.
Which path will you start with? At first, you may false
start. But finally, you may discover the right path. The
exploration of ideas correspond to the paths in a maze.
All the paths you go through to write a complete
thought constitutes what we call the process of writing.

The process of writing capitalizes all your learnt language
skills. The process of writing involves three main stages:
A. Pre-writing
B. Post-writing
C. Writing

Mind you, the roles of the stages are inter-connected in

such a way that your ideas are presented as an entity.

Report Writing

The process of writing is mainly utilized in report writing

and research writing.
What is a report writing?
Swift and effective communication is undeniably one of
the most essential elements of successful work
environment; and report writing being one of the most
common exponents of such communication.

A report writing is a statement, either written or verbal,
that contains facts and will substantiated opinion
regarding an incident or situation.
In many cases, it should contain a description of how
these facts were obtained or/and ascertained.

Prewriting Stage
You would not go on a trip without planning where you
were going. Similarly, you will not begin a piece of
writing without considering what you will write about
and you can effectively present your ideas. This planning
process is called the Pre-writing.
