XL Project

■ The XL project is same with MQM,and FiberHome divide into 2 sections,which

is feeder (included pu permit) & distribution.

■ Feeder：implementation is from OLT until FDT splitter input part splicing、testing,

also the ormas related issues,the price for feeder will follow the item price; [Feeder
permit ： includes all related government permit,the price will follow the real cost
and management fee]
■ Distribution ：includes all cluster permit,implementation is from FDT
installation/FDT splitter output part connection until FAT&splitter installation、
testing,the price for distribution will follow the Hp.(FDT is 72C which be installed to
the poles)
 Term of Payment XL Project

■ FiberHome final price for aerial/underground distribution is Rp 380,000 /Rp

1,100,000 per Hp.

■ For the term of payment as follows:

10%--> Down payment
40%--> Civil work
30%--> RFS
20%--> Retention (3months after RFS)
■ All the payment needs 30 days to proceed
 TA Project

■ Fiberhome is desirous of engaging the services of the subcontractor

for provisioning design, engineering, supply, construct, install, test,
commissioning, implementation and maintain works required for
implementing Optical Distribution Network (Hereafter called as “ODN)
part of The FTTX Project
 Term Of Payment for TA Project

■ 10% -->DP
■ 40%--> Civil work
■ 30%--> BA Rekon Site
■ 20%--> Retention (6 months later after BAST)
■ All the payment needs 30 days to proceed it, after Fiberhome receive no-problem
invoices.
