JDSU Software for Post Processing

Step 1:- Path to fetch the CSV Export out of the drive logs. Logs should be of 10 points for both FTP and RSRP.
This tool is used for post processing purpose. First step is to Go to the TOOLS, on the upmost bar. Then go to
Drive Exporter.
Step 2:- Locate the Logs by Browsing through the Search icon next to Project. Search icon

Step 3:- Find the logs, Change the type to .aod and Select all the logs depending upon the output i.e FTP or RSRP.

Make sure it
is .aod file
Step 4:- Once the logs are uploaded, Go to the pencil icon to configure the FTP and RSRP settings.

Step 5 :- Create FTP1.
Step 5.1:- For FTP1, In General information, change the Plan name to FTP_1, Uncheck “Split data into different files”, Check “Do
not split vector data”. Click “Next” to move to the next step.

Step 5.2:- Similarly, Search the parameters written below and Click Next.

Step 5.3:- Next step is of “Data formats and filters”. Click “Next”.
Step 5.4:- Next step is of “Data Sampling”. Check “Disable binning”. Click “Done”. Now you will find “FTP_1” in the “Plan” bar of
“Select an existing plan or create new plan to export the data”. Setup for FTP_1 is thus done.

Step 6:- Create FTP2.
Step 6.1:- Now, Create FTP2 Similarly, Go the fixed scheme and use the Pencil icon to open the Plan wizard. In First step ,
General information, Add the name as “FTP_2”, Uncheck “Split data into different files”, Check “ Do not split data” and click
Next.
Step 6.2:- Similarly, Search and select the required parameters mentioned below from “Select from available data” and click
Next.
Step 6.3:- In the next step, Change the “Decoder” to [LTE]3GPP And “Data” to Message Header for NAS Message and RRC
Message.

Step 6.4:- In the last step, Check “Disable Binning” and Click “Done”. FTP2 will be saved and you can find it in the Plan bar.
Step 7:- Create RSRP.
Step 7.1:-Now, Create RSRP Similarly, Go the fixed scheme and use the Pencil icon to open the Plan wizard. In First step ,
General information, Add the name as “RSRP”, Uncheck “Split data into different files”, Check “ Do not split data” and click
Next.
Step 7.2:- Similarly, Search and select the required parameters mentioned below from “Select from available data” and click
Next.
Step 7.3:- In this step, “Filling” on the right side should be changed to “Repeat data with latest value if empty” for All the
parameters i.e Position, Time, Cell ID,RSRP,RSRQ,CINR And EARFCN. Click next to move to the next step.

Step 7.4:- In the last step, Check “Disable Binning” and Click “Done”. RSRP will be saved and you can find it in the Plan bar.
And hence, You have created FTP1, FTP2 And RSPR.
Step 8:- Now you will find FTP1,FTP2 And RSRP in Plan. Choose one at a time to get the export. For example:- Lets choose
RSRP. For output, Give the Folder location a path for wherever you wish to save the export. And Then click EXPORT.

Step 9:- Finally, Csv export will be found in the desired folder. You have to do the same in order to get the FTP1 and FTP2. Once
created, It will be saved in the software and you can directly select the Plan and fetch the csv export.
