What are the merits of these? Which is the best method of communication?
Discuss.

Letter – viewed as official and important but take longer than email.
Email – quick but could get lost in junk inbox, also not as formal as letter.
Both email and letters provide a record of communication.
Telephone call does not provide record unless taped.

Good quality process using good quality documents should lead to
good quality employees
Employees are often the biggest expense for a business
Recruiting the best people should lead to business success

1. What are the most common words in the document (list at least 3)
2. What is the purpose of the policy?

5. What sort of discrimination does the document protect individuals against?
