Introduction
• icon APPAREL (PVT) LTD was started on 1984
• By MR. Zarook
• Started as per his passion

• Primary data collection.
The data that is collected by the user to his own needs.
• Questionnaires
• Communicating while distributing questionnaire
• Actions/ working style (observing)
• Secondary data collection.
The data that was collected by some others than the user.
• Attendance
• Administrative data collection regarding leaving and joining.
• Same industry different organization reports.

• Providing Questionnaire
• Can cover big number of employees.
• Cost effective
• Less timing
• Frank response
• Can cover wanted areas by questioning.
• Interviewing a small set of employee

• There are 2 types of sampling.
Probability Sampling
• Simple random sampling
• Systematic random sampling

Nonprobability Sampling
• Convenience sampling
• Judgment sampling

Simple random sampling
• Other sampling systems will take more time if not, not
suitable.
• Simple random sampling is easy.
• It saves time.
• It’s a fair way to select a sample (lottery)
• Equal opportunity.

Sample & Sample size
• With the help of online sample size calculator; by
keeping the confidential level to 95% and
confidential interval to 15, then 33 questionnaire
should be supply.

Conclusion
• Questionnaires are more effective than interviews.
• Simple random sampling is less time consuming sampling
method; and there are no influencing power
• Conceptual framework is a kind of brainstorming it’s essential
to build questionnaire.
• According to the questionnaire, both the primary and
secondary information can be used to find the feasibility of the
results efficiently.
