一、 The processing of truncation of chassis beam ：
1. The length of the vehicle chassis beam should be consistent with the length of the vice-bea
m on the upper parts.now the following pictures will show you how to do actual operation ba
sed on the length of the chassis beam that our factory used,pictures as following:

2.After checking the size,operation the beam,specific steps are following:
① Punching the girder follow the size and location shown in Figure-1. Spray the black
paint to the machining surface,rust protection
② Follow the location shown in Figure 2-1, do grider beam angle plate removal work.

3.After cutting and spraying paint of the grider,it need to use the clapboard
(see Figure 2-4) connect,(same way as Figure 2-3),ensure the strength of th
e grider tail.

according to the size and shape of t
he end of grider cutted,coping the
clapboard,ensure the clapboard ca
n go into the grider smoothly.Pleas

二、 The separation of the garbage bin and the vice-beam ：
1 、 The preparation before separating.
Turn on the main power swith(vertical position means on,see Figure 1),start the a
uxiliary engine(if can't work,cotinuously squeeze the manual oil pump several tim
es, see Figure 2,according to the instruction of the small control panel(see Figure 3
),open the back door and take off all accesories, then close the back door,turn o
ff the auxiliary engine and main power switch.

2.Process of the separation:

① Take off the two hinge pins which have connected the garbage bin and the rear
end vice-beam(see Figure 4)
② Take off the two hydraulic hoses at the back door(both ends of the hose wrappe
with a clean plastic sheeting,maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic hoses to redu
ce pollution （ see Figure 5 ）
③ Unplug the two warning light jack sockets on the top of the garbage bin,make t
he garbage bin and vice-beam completely separate.
④ Using lifting hook hooks up the four hoisting rings which located on the top of t
he garbage bin, and move it to an open place,placed it on an stable an pre-erect
ed wooden stand(make sure the garbage bin will not crash on the fan blower, a
nd keep the whole process stable),the lifting height of the wood board should n
ot touch the external skin of the garbage bin.

三、 Vice-beam removing and installing ：
1.vice-beam removing
①Take off the electric control box,control panel and sweeping arm from the flame.
②Remove the U-bolt(total 8 places),Attention, before removing, please make a notice
mark (for the sweeper plate motor arm) on the vice-beam , for easily find the location f
or installing on the vehicle chassis.

2 、 Installing of the vice-beam
Use the lifting hook to lift up the vice-beam,place the two shock absorber rubber
on the crossbeam of the chassis.

Attention:the shock absorber rubber should be in the middle of

the girder and vice-beam,no fold between them before and aft
er.
The retaining plate (Figure 7) connecting with the hydraulic cylinder which is located on
the vice-beam must be clingy with the chassis crossbeam(Figure 8),which means the side
A and side B must be clingy.Find( Figure 7) and (Figure 8). If during the process, there's a
n interval between the joint place, then according to the actual need to dispose the thick
ness of SIDE A

Attention:during the process of lifting, it's prohibited to bump the electric wire in
the electric control box and joint hydraulic hose,cause it will influence the debugg
ing and operating later
After side A and B stick closed,drill hole on side A according to the holes on the girde
r.then use the bolts fasten the girder and vice-beam.
Take of the U-bolt(8 sets/sweeper) from the big wooden box,according to the seq
uence of short and long from front to rear fastening the chassis crossbeam and vice
-beam.

Attention:U-bolt installation shall be installed in accordance with this way .

torque tightening 189~252N•m
四、 Installing of sweeping dish
1.Sweeping arm installation
The sweeping arm should be installed on the chassis crossbeam (according to the me
asurements and marks that made before).install as below ：

Explain: the size 2045mm is reference,Under the premise that ensure the whee
lbase 3360 mm ， the sweeper brush should not scratches with the rear wheel
after the rear sweeper plate raise.
2.Installing of sweeping dish
Open the small wooden box,take out four sets of sweeping sish and the spline shaft
on the hydraulic motor, at last screwing up the bottom bolt. right-h

五、 Installing of the suction cup ：
1.The installation of hitch frame

Take of the hinge pin which under the container's hydraulic cylinder,connect the
container's hydraulic cylinder with the hitch frame of the suction cup(Figure 9)

2.Installing of the suction cup
Take out the suction cup from the wooden box(Figure 11),check and confirm that the s
uction diaphragm connected well with the suction body use the hing pin.

Push the suction cup to the rear of the chassis(between the tyres),use the hinge pin to
connect the suction hitch frame and suction diaphragm(Figure 12)

Put the two steel wire ropes across U card slot and fasten then have finished the trac
tive connection （ Figure 13 ） .

At last, use the pipe hoop to fixture the bellows and nozzle （ Figure 14
）.

六、 Installing of middle clapboard ：
Take out the middle clapboard,aligning and welding the quadrate steel tubes together, on
e is from the both sides of the middle clapboad,another one is from the vice-beam,make
the steel wire rope which is located below the hydraulic cylinder and above the retaining
plate pass through the lifting rings and then connect the near U card. the complete appea
rance looks like （ Figure 15,16,17,18 ） .

Above is the connection way of the middle clapboard. The red circle of the terrace
hole (Figure 17),is used for adjust the height of middle clapboard from ground. The
front connection way of the middle clapboard is shown in( Figure 17),and rear conn
ection way of the middle clapboard is shown in (Figure 18).
七、 Installing the electrical parts ：
Fasten the electrical control box （ Figure 19 ） to the back of the passenger seat
,then install the alarm lamp and operation panel to the suitable place in order to
make operation and guidance easy.

八、 Installing of the waterway ：
1.fasten the sprinkler pipe under the front of the chassis （ Figure 20),then make the
water pipe （ blue colour)move round chassis crossbeam,connecting the sprinkler pipe
and fastening them on the chassis,in order to avoid falling off.

九、 Installing of oil-way:

十、 Installing of garbage bin ：
Lift the garbage bin and move it to the top of the vice-beam,then slowly move downward,
then almost touch each other,use hinge pin(see Figure 24) to fasten the rear parts of the gar
bage bin to the vice-beam,then make the garbage bin fall on the vice beam.
Take of the steel wire rope which are lifting the rear parts of the garbage bin,then lift
the front part until the garbage bin and the vice-beam have 400,then fasten the garbag
e binhydraulic cylinder with the hydraulic cylinder lugs which areon the garbage bin (s
ee Figure 24), attention, when do these,must be carefulmexcept the installer, forbid th
e others stand under the garbage bin, then connect the dedustiong water pipes in the
garbage bin.

Please examine the storage content of auxiliary engine oil,cooling liquid, hydraulic oil b
efore dropping down the garbage bin.Acoording to the user manual instructions to fill ap
propriately.Turn on hydraulic oil tank valve.when the hinge pin and dedustiong water pip
es has finish installing, downward the garbage in(NO PERSON is allowed to stand under
the garbage bin at this moment),when the garbage bin has falled horizontal, then conne
ct to hydraulic pipe whichcontrol the back door, and then install the caution light.
The installing of the air inlet by the auxiliary engine,please check picture below. ：

十一、 Debugging ：
When all the components are installed and fastened, fill appropriate grease to the r
elative places..
Turn on the power supply ad start auxiliary engine,make the auxiliary engine idle an
d preheat 5-10 minutes, according to the instruction of the operation panel to debug
on each function, check whether operate smoothly and flexibly.Such as front brush li
ftiong, stretching,the rear brush lifting.
Control the small operation panel(Figure 3),(Attention:if the back door with no res
ponse,try more times, if still not work, then loosen back door hydraulic cylinder bol
t Figure 25,let the air out then screw up)Back to the lifting and falling of the garbage
bin, if the speed is too fast,or too slow,the adjustingthe combination valves' correspon
ding knob ,Figure 26.(clockwise rotation means lowing down the speed, otherwise m
eans faster.)
Drop down the four brushes, then gradually accelerrated to 1800~2200r/min,insur
e the fan blower running well and no abnormal ring) rotating the four burshes,
ensure there is no lag happening(rotate 4~6minutes),put the control handle on
the medium speed, then check whether the brushes function well or not,if not p
lease adjust the relative knobs n the combination valve ,(Figure 27,28),other mai
ntenance and repair see instructions.
