    This document describes a project to design and implement an automatic batch mixing and liquid filling system using a PLC.     INTRODUCTION
    Our project is Also an Application of automation where we have develop a bottle filling system to various processes are controlled using
    PLC. the model componnt include pumps ,level sensors, the the electric motor, the indicator, and the liquides . These components are to
    be controlled by the action of the programable logic controllers which is takes in field-inputs from these component and then give
    appropriate control signal as the field outputs.

    WORKING
    In this project, we will put a set of measuring component (Current transformer, Potential Transformer, Relay etc.) for continuous monitoring of the underground cable power
    There are three tank, first tank contains water, second tank contains flavour or vice versa and the middle tank is mixing and
    system. By the help of the data collected from the measuring component, the Arduino will give the value of the change in resistance and capacitance and we will get the exact
    location offilling tank. Water and flavor tank have connected valve V1 and V2 respectivly. Valve V1 and V2 is open their reqired time and
    the fault.

    require time to mix the different fluide of tank 1 and tank 2 in middle tank. The conveyour system arranged below the filling
    container.
