     Ada 3 hal : AKUT, KRONIK, FAILURE ( gagal ).

     APASL 2009- update 2014 :

    “The ACLF is an acute hepatic insult manifesting as jaundice (serum


    bilirubin >5 mg/dl (85micromol/l) and coagulopathy (INR >1.5 or
    prothrombin activity < 40%) complicated within 4 weeks by clinical ascites
    and/or encephalopathy in a patient with previously diagnosed or
    undiagnosed chronic liver disease/cirrhosis, and is associated with a high
    28-day mortality.” – (APASL, 2014)

    ALSS ( Artificial liver support system) untuk menghilangkan


    zat-zat vasoaktif, memperbaiki sirkulasi splancnik dan
    sistemik, regenerasi sel-sel hati dan bertindak selaku
    ‘bridge’ jembatan antara ke transplantasi liver. Terdapat
    alat yang tersedia, yaitu MARS (Molecular Adsorbent
    Recirculating System) dan FPSA (Fractionated plasma
    separation and adsorption).

    CONCLUSION: Treatment with HpPro is effective to reduce liver
    impairment in acute and chronic liver diseases on Indonesian
    patients. No side effect of HpPro was observed.
