 Stress management has become a major concerns of the
modern times as it can cause harm to employee’s health
and performance.
 In simple words , stress refers to pressures or tensions
people feel in life.
 Stress is associated with constraints and demands.
 Stress can be defined as a lively circumstance in which
people face constraints , or loss of something they desire
and for which the consequence is both unpredictable as
well as crucial.

players like Compaq , thumps-up, limca etc..,
Pepsi entered in Indian market in 1991,before entry of Pepsi in
to India the market share of coca-cola was 80%,but with the
entry of pepsi its market share has decreased by 10%.

REVIEW OF LITERATURE
 It pays a wave for a clear understanding of the areas of the
research already undertaken and throws a light on the
potential areas which are yet to be covered.
 The article called “Work-Related Depression among Hotel
Employees ” written by Amir shani and Abraham pizam ,have
confirmed the incidence of depression among workers in the
hospitality industry by evaluating the relationship between
the occupational stress and work characteristics.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
 The study was undertaken to measure employee stress in
relation to the variables mentioned such that the company
COCA COLA could help to improve in the areas that were
causing dissatisfaction to the supervisors.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
 To identify the factors leading to employees stress at
organization.
 To study the implication of stress on employees.
 To suggest mechanism to reduce stress.
METHODOLOGY
 A descriptive study as taken up to study the stress that affects
the employees in company.
 Required data to be collected from the primary and
secondary data.
 Primary data was collected by raising the questionnaire from
the employees.
 Secondary data was obtained from the books.
