-Confirm the information acquired
by repeating it to the caller.

and casualties of such an act.

POLICE AUTHORITIES.
Search and Evacuation
Procedures

The best search techniques require

participation of employees who are very
familiar with the area or workstation.
Note: NO EMPLOYEE will be forced to
search. The search is voluntary!
-Searchers should look for anything that
appears out of the ordinary and suspicious.
-A bomb can not be described! It can be
packaged, disguised or concealed in any type
of container. Do not touch or handle objects
that could contain a device.
-Searchers should make sure their
cell phone, and any other electronic
devices are turned off.
-Searchers should never touch,
handle, or disrupt any suspicious device.
If a suspicious object is located, the
searcher should contact security
immediately.
-Again, searchers should never touch,
handle, or disrupt any suspicious device.
DEVICE FOUND:

-In the event a device is found or the

specific information in the threat is
confirmed, Searcher will immediately
notify the Head of Office/Security for them
to give order and direct the
employees/students to prepare for
evacuation.
EVACUATION:

-Evacuations may be required, but only if

directed by the Head of Office or
Administrator.
-Evacuations are very dangerous to the
crowds/students especially to the Kinder or
Pre-schoolers so evacuation will be carried out
based on the stability level of the students.
THINGS TO DO:

-Don’t panic;
-Unless there is an evacuation do not
let the employees/students know
about the threat;
-Keep calm;
-Provide assistance to security and the
Police authorities;
