Common to Man and Woman • Both made in God’s image (Gen. 1:26) • Both made in His likeness • Both are loved by God • Both are fashioned for God’s glory (Psalm 18) • Both have body, soul, and spirit • Both are temple of the Holy Spirit • Both are destined to be blessed (Jer 29:11) Man by God’s Design • Called by God male (Gen. 1:26) • Has the capacity to be a husband ( Gen 1:25) • Has the capacity to be a father ( Gen. 1:24; 3:20) • Generally a problem solver • A leader • A provider • A protector ( stronger sex not to lord nor abuse but to protect women) Woman by God’s Design • Called by God a female (Gen 1:26) • Has the capacity to be a wife • Has the capacity to be a mother • Is a nurturer • Considered as a weaker vessel and should be protected • Called to bear a child (gen 3:16) Major Differences Between Man and Woman Man Woman Tends to do well if Can multitask focused in one task at a time Can notice details in short Can notice one span of time thing at a time Mostly able to see Mostly “big picture” “trees in the forest” oriented

He wants to distort it so we wont reach our destiny. • God wants all of us to reach our destiny. DESTINY • Great nations begin with men and women who live their God designed lives. • God’s design for males and females protect themselves and their blessings. • They are secured that they are loved by God. • They become grounded in who they are in God. • They use the power of prayer, Word of God, fellowship with other believers, and accommodate God’s design for their lives.
