ABSTRACT

Most of the Orphanages get funds either from NGO’s or from Government.
By this many of the middle economy people lag behind to donate money,
because they cant donate huge amount as like NGO’s or Government and
also because many of the sites gives facility to donate large amount, so these
middle economy people who really wants to donate but they just can’t.
so our web app overcomes this problem. By this any middle economy people
can see the list of orphanages and he/she can donate the amount of their wish
by using paytm.
LITERATURE SURVEY:
• Right now the problems facing by orphanages is the delivery of fund at right time, as well
the education for orphans and care.
• And many of the orphanages are still not getting fund.

Existing System:
• Many of the real world web applications exists throughout the world to overcome this problem
examples :

Indian Orphanage.com
Charity and Orphanage for child
miracle Foundation etc.

• In the above mentioned websites all are directly taking funds to NGO’s in the form of dolor's.
• But by doing like this fraud might not be possible because they are sending the bills for donor’s home itself.
• But no one knows how much amount is actually getting to the orphanages.
• Because of huge transaction, there is a possibilities of corruption.
• By doing like this, the small amount will be neglected and the donors who are willing to donate small amount
will be ignored.. Because of hesitation, and also because of fixed amount.
Proposed System:

• The solution for the existing problem is that we need to provide user friendly
platform for the people.
• So that there will be increasing number of donors.
• We must also the have different payment options for the category of the donors.

Feasibility Study:
Feasibility Analysis Begins once the goals are defined. It starts by generating broad possible solution, which
are possible to give an indication of what the new system should look like.

Types of Feasibility Study:

1. Economically Feasibility:
• No bill generations, because of small payments. so paper use is reduced. Hence it is Cost effective.
• payments are directly made to the orphanage’s paytm numbers. So within less time, amount will be reached
to orphanage account. Hence it is Time effective
2. Technical Feasibility:
• Technical requirements are economic for this system. And it doesn’t require any higher versions of
hardware and software to run.

2. Operational Feasibility:
• Working of the system is easy, so it doesn’t require any external training to use this system.

Major methods:

• Add_orphan: This method resides in admin_profile.php, which adds

the orphanage and gives the login details to orphanage to get login
and allows to see the donations made by other users.

• Display_orphanage_payment: This method resides in

donor_profile.php, and allows donor to see the list of orphanages and
also to donate orphanages.

• Update_orphanage_payment: This method resides in

donor_profile.php, and allows to update the payment_status.

• Display_donation_list: This method resides in

orphanage_profile.php, and allows orphanage to see a list of donations
made by donors
