Suspended Solid) method. All sample analysis will
be performed at COMPANY lab.

condition monitoring.
Note:
1. The first two weeks will be the "killing factor" / first indicator to continue or stop the trial using DDS.
Whenever the parameters cannot be achieved the trial will be stopped.
2. TSS sampling can be review (reduced) after 2 weeks if DDS shown significant improvement
3. Trial duration will follow contract

SCOPE OF PROJECT
PT Benvors / BRI: Client:
• Ensure all jobs done safely start from installation until end of trial • Lifting DDS, piping, and sand skip by crane barge (CST) during mob and
demob
• Installation of DDS™ including :
Temporary piping erection • Spool modification (CST) for:
Hook up and commissioning of the DDS™ including sand skip LTP suction line
Provide venting line from sand skip to safe area Closed drain connection
Tie-in electrical cable to DDS™ JB • Fabrication reducer 10” to 6” (CST)
Tie-in to SMP instrument air, fire hydrant (flushing water) and closed • Install additional 10mm plate underneath DDS™ and sand skip (CST)
drain.
Start-up of the desander • Perform sampling (3x / day) during trial (PRD)
• Provide flexible hoses for draining and flushing purpose • Ensure LTP-C installed in healthy condition (MNT)
• Prepare JRA and procedure installation for Site approval. • Perform daily vibration monitoring (MNT)
• Daily monitor DDS™ performance • Provide quick coupling connection for instrument air and fire hydrant
• Continuous communication with SPU production team during trial • Provide electrical cable and socket (MNT)
• Decommission the DDS™ and dismantle all installation at the end of trial • Provide spider gas detector which will be installed at DDS during trial (SE
