SCOPE OF PROJECT
PT Benvors / BRI: Client:
• Ensure all jobs done safely start from installation until end of trial • Lifting DDS, piping, and sand skip by crane barge (CST) during mob and
demob
• Installation of DDS™ including :
 Temporary piping erection • Spool modification (CST) for:
 Hook up and commissioning of the DDS™ including sand skip  LTP suction line
 Provide venting line from sand skip to safe area  Closed drain connection
 Tie-in electrical cable to DDS™ JB • Fabrication reducer 10” to 6” (CST)
 Tie-in to SMP instrument air, fire hydrant (flushing water) and closed • Install additional 10mm plate underneath DDS™ and sand skip (CST)
drain.
 Start-up of the desander • Perform sampling (3x / day) during trial (PRD)

• Provide flexible hoses for draining and flushing purpose • Ensure LTP-C installed in healthy condition (MNT)

• Prepare JRA and procedure installation for Site approval. • Perform daily vibration monitoring (MNT)

• Daily monitor DDS™ performance • Provide quick coupling connection for instrument air and fire hydrant

The DDS™ trial was failed to fulfill the Success


Criteria and Client Requirements

The trial was carried out as close as possible to the


operation condition, however the sand recovery still
below expectation
The DDS™ is not be able to overcome the sand issue
of the installation
SUMMARY
• Project trial must be as closed as possible to the operating condition
in order not to take a false decision
• Be careful when choosing a vendor for a certain project
• Selection of competence personnel involved in a project is very
important
