How to check Radar error on GLK-100A

WORLD CLASS – through people, technology and dedication


1. Checking Lamp on GLK-100A RESID. TANK

1. Power (If the Level is frozen, please plug off and in it to reset) OK

2. Fuse (Check the Fuse if GLK-100A is powered off.) CHECKED - OK

3. Check the LED condition.


1) Green LED : Power (The LED will lighten during normal condition) YES
2) Yellow (EXT.) LED : External Fault (It indicates there is a fault on Field side. NO
Problem with cabling or radar / sensor connected to the GLK-100A)
3) Yellow (INT.) LED : Internal Fault (Faulty GLK card or configuration.) NO
4) Red LED : The LED will lighten while the alarm state persists. NO
5) Yellow (SYST.) LED : During power-up it will lighten for about 5 seconds. NO

4. Green and Yellow (Diag.) LED : Flickering during normal operation. YES
Rapidly flickering during start-up.

2. How to measure the resistance of Radar Antenna

Please plug out the terminal block


and measure the resistance of Radar
Antenna Cable using the Multimeter.

Please record and send us the result


of each resistance from cable no.1~8.

3. Swapping the Radar with other

Please swap the terminal block with other GLK-100A which is normal status.

Afterwards, please fill out the below table and send it to us.
