Definition of urine
Urine is a fluid that is excreted by the kidneys
which is then removed from the body through
the process of urination. Urinary excretion is
needed to remove the remaining body
molecules. However, there are also several
species that use urine as a means of olfactory
communication. Urine is filtered in the kidney,
carried through the ureter to the baldder,
eventually discharged out of the body through
the uretra.
Urine Composition
Urine consists of water with dissolved material in the form
of metabolic waste (such as urea), dissolved salt, and
organic matter. Fluid and urine forming material come from
blood or interstitial fluid. The composition of urine changes
throughout the reabsorption process when molecules that
are important to the body, such as glucose, are reabsorbed
into the body through carrier molecules. The remaining
liquid contains high levels of urea and various excess or
potentially toxic compounds that will be removed from the
body. The material contained in urine can be known
through urinalysis. Diabetes is a disease that can be
detected by urine. The urine of a diabetic person will
contain sugar that will not be found in the urine of a
healthy person.
Function and usefulness of urine

The main function of urine is to get rid of any residual

toxins or drugs from the body. This is related to the
possibility of the urine corning from the infected
kidney or urinary tract, so that the urine will also
contain bacteria. But if urine comes from a healthy
kidney and urinary tract, medically the urine is actually
quite sterile and the resulting odor comes from urea.
So it can be a sign of dehydration. People who do not
suffer from dehydration. People who do not suffer
from dehydration will emit clear urine like water. While
dehydrated patients will emit a thick yellow urine or
chocolate.
other uses of urine

According to urinotherapist (Dr. Iwan T.

Budiarso, DVM, MSc, PhD, APU) urine contains
minerals, vitamins, enzymes, hormones,
amino acids, antibodies, antigens, allergens,
salts and other nutrients
there are ten hypotheses for the workings of auto urine therapy:
1. First, absorption and reuse of nutrients.
2. Second, hormone absorption. For example, corticosteroids
can prevent infections, rheumatism and asthma. Or,
melationin as a sedative and anti-cancer drug.
3. Third, re-absorption of enzymes. Fourth, reabsorption of urea.
Urine contains 25-30 grams of urea per day. Urea absorbed
will be converted into amino acids.
4. Fourth, reabsorption of urea. Urine contains 25-30 grams of
urea per day. Urea absorbed will be converted into amino
acids
5. Fifth, has an immune effect.
6. Sixth, giving bactericidal and viralide effects.
7. Seventh, as a salt therapy that is useful for accelerating
metabolism, getting rid of excess blood sugar, and removing
toxic substances from fluids and body tissues.
Next
8. Eighth, gives a diuretic effect, namely to stimulate the kidneys,
increase urine production, cleanse the kidneys and 'wash' blood
sugar and toxic substances.
9. Ninth, as a hologram image. Biofeedback gives an overview of the
state of the body. Drinking urine will correct and restore the
balance of physiology that is disrupted by disease. • A
10. tenth, giving psychological effects. This therapy is considered as a
healing from the body mechanically and holistically at the energy
level. Based on research in the western world itself, in the urine
contained anti-neoplasmic substances (anti malignancy) so that it
is useful for cancer treatment besides that there is also a
considerable amount of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) which
has anti-aging, anti-cancer and anti -obesity.
Unhealthy Urine
1. Pink, red or brownish causes may be blood in the urine caused by
infection, inflammation or a growth in the urinary tract. However,
food coloring ingredients can also appear in the urine and cause
discoloration.
2. Dark yellow or orange causes if you lack drinking water, urine will
become more concentrated and the color will become darker.
Fluid deficiency due to diarrhea, vomiting or sweating can make
urine more concentrated than usual.
3. Clear and dark chocolate causes jaundice due to liver or bile
(hepatitis) is one possibility, especially if fecal matter becomes
pale, skin color and white eyes become yellowish.
4. Green or blue causes are almost certainly due to coloring
ingredients in food or medicine, so there is no need to worry
because the color will disappear without harmful effects.
