Problem statement
• This study seeks to find the various effects of
playing online game, brought to a student.
• Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and; socially.

Research question
1. What are the profiles of the respondents?
2. What are the impact of online gaming to their study?
3. What is the significant relationship between online
gaming and the student?
Objectives;
1. To obtain the necessary information regarding
the age, gender , name (optional), and grade &
section.
2. To seek what are the impact or the consequences
brought by to much playing of online game.
3. To find out the significant relationship of online
gaming and the student.

Time
• Time, the thing that is measured as seconds, minutes,
hours. Days, yeras, etc.(Merriam Dictionary, 2018)
Management
• The act or process of deciding how to use
something.(Merriam Dictionary, 2018)
According to merriam dictionary (2018), Time
management is the act or the process of deciding
how to use your time accordingly.

According to Borg (1980) "The amount of time that


students are engage in relevant reading and
mathematics task is positively associated with
academic achievement" (p59) in his research on the
relationship between time and school learning.
Problem Statement
This study seeks to find out the various activities of the
student who are playing online game. Also seek to
investigate the time management of the student.

Research Question
1. What are the profiles of the students?
2. What is the impact of online games in their time
management?
3. What is the significant relationship between online game
and tike management?

• Refers to the games that are played over some form of


computer network, most often the internet. (Effective

• According to the description of Edward Castronova


(2008) in the book of Synthitic World: he described the
Online Games as Massively-Multiplayer online game
(MMOG). An MMOG is capable of supporting hundreds
of thousands of player.
Student nowadays almost all played a game
specifically online game. It affect their academic
performance if they played to much or spend time in
playing more than studying.

According to the research of Margaret Jennifer Vayles


(2011) "educational emphasis on reading instead of
mathematics, the developmental level of younger
students, and lack of parent education in ways to
help the younger student succeed on mathematics".
So this showed one must pay attention to studying
rather than playing online Game.
Problem Statement
This study seeks to find out the students academic
performance wether, playing online game affect their
performance in the school. To find out if the students
time for sudying is instead given to the playing of online
games.
