Habits
are part of all of us - we possess good ones and bad
ones
are thirsty - we need to feed them - choose responsibly

Inner Voice
can be useful or useless - it speaks from our inside
and affects our outside
needs our attention - acknowledge it then make a
responsible choice and simply do one at a time

Culture
means “the way we do things”
shapes our world, environment, thoughts, actions and
wellbeing

what do you choose?

Comfort Zone
how is it working for you?

also known as safety zone protects us but also

prevents us from reaching our true potential
needs to be challenged - choosing ‘one at a time’
promises that progress and results will happen

I am calm, confident and prepared.
I shake or sweat or turn red?
I am in control. I’ve got this!
I lose my train of thought?
They don’t like me? I am ready to work. I am ready for
this job. I am ready for this interview.
