SS CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

STAINLESS STEEL CLEANING

• Routine cleaning and Finger Prints can be accomplished


by using warm water and a soft cloth. Dry with a towel or
cloth to prevent water spots. Wipe in the directions of the
polish lines.
• Stubborn Stains and Discoloration; Use mild cleaning
solutions and specialty stainless steel cleaners Use rag,
sponge. Rinse well with clean water and wipe dry. Follow
polish lines.
• Lime deposits can be removed using a mix of 1part of
vinegar to 3 parts of water.
• Oil and Grease marks can be cleaned using organic
solvents e.g. acetone or methylated spirits followed by
cleaning with soap and warm water. Follow polish lines.
• Rust stains can be removed by adding one part of nitric
acid to nine parts of warm water. Leave for 30 to 60
minutes, then wash off with plenty of water, and flush any
drains thoroughly. Rinse well with clean water.
• Caution ! Wear rubber gloves, and be very careful with
the acids and any other cleaning chemicals.

QUICK START GUIDE


• Place the unit in cool and ventilated area.
• Open and remove all packaging material.
• Install Legs/Castors and level the unit.
• Ensure nothing is stacked around cooling unit.
• Clean the interiors and exteriors using mild hot water and
a soft cloth.
• Install wire mesh and drip pan (if equipped).
• Connect to an electrical point with proper earthing and
clean voltage of 230V/50Hz/1ph free of any fluctuations.
• Unit comes with pre-set temperature as below;
• For Chillers : +2 °C
• For Freezer : -18 °C
• To adjust the pre-set temperatures use the instructions
mentioned in the owner’s manual.
• Switch on the mains followed by power switch on the
control panel
• Allow the Unit to achieve the set temperature before
loading it.
