ACTIVITY 1

“ Sarili Ko, Assess Ko”


Instructions:
You are going to draw five balloons
on a bond paper. In each balloon, you
will write some descriptions of the
different aspects of yourselves.
Physical self
Intellectual self
Emotional self
Interactional self
Spiritual self
Physical Self – describe your self,
include descriptions of your
height, weight, facial appearance
and quality of your hair and
descriptions of your body.
Intellectual Self – include here an
assessment of how well you reason
and solve problem, your capacity to
learn and create.
Emotional self – write as many words
or phrase about typical feelings you
have, feelings you seldom have,
feelings you try to avoid, feelings you
especially enjoy, feelings from your
past and present.
Interactional self – include
descriptions of your strengths and
weaknesses in intimate relationships
and relationships to friends, family ,
classmates and strangers in social
settings. Describe the strengths and
weaknesses which your friends and
family have noticed.
Spiritual self – write words or phrases
which tell about how you feel in this
area. This include your feelings about
yourself and organized religion.
Think about your inner peace and joy.

DEVELOPMENT
Physiological aspect (
Physical self)- it consist
of changes involved in the
several maturation of a
child as well as other body
changes that may occur
during the period of time.
It is also the physical
attributes including the 5
physical senses.
Cognitive aspect ( Intellectual
Self ) or the intellectual functions
of the mind, thinking,
recognizing, reasoning ,analyzing,
projecting, recalling and
assessing.
It is also focusing on a
child’s development in
terms of information
processing, skills,
language leaning, and
other aspects of the
developed adult brain
and cognitive
psychology.
Psychological aspect
( Emotional self) or
how thinking , feeling
and behaving, interact
and happen in a
person. It includes all
behavior pattern, traits
and characteristics that
make a person.
Social aspect (
interactional self ) or
the manner by which an
individual interacts
with other individuals
or groups of individuals.
Spiritual aspect
is the process of
becoming fit for a
higher level in the
spirit world
APPLICATION
Each group will perform different
aspects of holistic development to
show understanding of thoughts,
feelings and behaviors of a person
through :
