This study seeks to verify the correlation between
the employee ethics and job performance among
Contract of Service Personnel (COS) of the National
Power Corporation.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions:


1. How substantial is the employee ethics of the National
Power Corporation with regards to:
• Employee Relationships
• Work Environment
• Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
2. How considerable is the job performance of the
Contract of Service Personnel of the National Power
Corporation in terms of:
• Customer and Peer Feedback
• Attitude and Attendance
• Employee Reports

3. Is there a significant correlation between the job


performance among the respondents and the
existence of the company’s employee ethics in the
following aspects:
• Employee Relationships
• Work Environment
• Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
