What is intentional injury?
• Are injuries that are planned to hurt someone’s own feelings.
• Are those which are cause by violence and often manifest as trauma in victims.
Verbal abuse
• Is form of cruelty that involves
the use of words.
• These words are used to attack,
control, and cause harm on
another person.
Bullying
• Is an unwanted, aggressive behavior.
• The behavior can be repeated over
time.

etc.,) sexual abuse, verbal abuse.
• These are behaviors that are used by
one person in a relationship who
tries to control the other.
Extortion
• Is the act of using force or threats
to force to hand over their money
or properties , on favor.
Kidnapping
• Is taking away or forcefully moving a
person against his/her will and
holding him/her in just captivity.
Parasuicide
• Is talking about suicide death.
Suicide
• Intentional taking of one’s own
life.
Stalking
• Is a pattern of behavior that
makes you feel afraid, nervous,
harassed, or in danger.

• Depression

• Lack of self-control
What are the effects of intention injuries?
• Trauma
Suggestions to the person suffering intentional
injury
• Encourage a doctor visit immediately
• Encourage reporting the crime
