DENGUE FEVER
*Dengue Fever is a mosquito
borne tropical disease caused
by the dengue virus. Symptoms
typically begin 3 to 14 days after
infection. Dengue virus / fever
triggers your gallbladder and
your liver causing it to be
inflamed and even worse death.

By:
*Not applying mosquito repellants
everyday to prevent you from
dengue
*Not drinking a lot of water everyday
*Always having a bucket full of
standing water that can cause the
mosquitoes to breed more.

*Diabetes is a chronic condition
associated with abnormally
high levels of sugar (glucose)
in the blood. Insulin helps to
lower blood glucose that was
produced by the pancreas.

sugar content in it
*starving yourself mostly/ not eating

*being a night owl, it can disrupt the

URINARY TRACT INFECTION ( UTI)
*UTI is an infection in any
part of your urinary
system. Most infection
involve the lower urinary
tract – the bladder and the
urethra. Women are the
greater risk of developing
UTI than men because
men have longer urethra

By:
*Holding your urine
*Taking long period of bubble baths
especially for women
* Wiping you stool in the wrong
direction
*Not drinking a lot of water
* Eating a lot of salty foods without
drinking water especially chips

INFLUENZA ( FLU)
*Flu is a short term
for Influenza. It is an
infectious disease
caused by an
influenza virus.
Symptoms can be
mild to severe.

By:
*Having too many sleep patterns
*Letting stress take you over
*Biting your nails
*Washing your hands NOT
thoroughly
*Never getting a flu shot from the
doctor

*Every year, estimated by the
World Health Organization
(WHO), Dengue affects 50 – 100
million of peoples especially in
those in Africa & Brazil.
DIABETES
*In ancient times, doctors would test
for diabetes by tasting urine to se if it
was sweet. People who tasted urine
to check for diabetes were called
“water tasters”.Other diagnostic
measures included checking to see if
urine is attracted ants or flies.
URINARY TRACT INFECTION ( UTI)
*Bacteria , called Escherichia coli,
commonly known as E coli, that lives
in the digestive system and spread to
the urinary tract that causes most
urinary tract infection.

(WHO) estimates that between 3 – 5
millions of peoples worldwide are
having a serious or mild type of flu.
