The Manager would ask you if you are in contact with your seniors, their names and
field of work. Don’t bluff here because he’ll have all these details.

Also you will be asked about your family and what profession or studies are your family
members, about your interest in higher studies, relocating in Bangalore, where do u see
yourself in 5 years.
MR Round(Cntd..)

handle a client who is very abusive?

For all the pressure handling questions, there is no correct or wrong answers, just
make sure that you are being yourself at that moment.

Finally ask questions if he is asking you to.

HR Round

This round is to check your compatibility with the job and if your skill set is fit for this job. It will
be on a phone call.

Here he checks how you take decisions as a team leader or a team player. Like what are the
challenges you faced as a team leader, how do u manage your team, etc.

Explain about your project

Explain about your co-curricular activities.

Some useful tips
Practice with more GD sessions, do not try to overpower other students during discussion be a little patient to
listen to other’s views also.

While coming out of any round, if the interviewer suggests you about something, then thank him for his valuable
suggestions.

During HR and MR round portray yourself in such a way that your motives with the personal growth are in line
with the companies objectives.

Before the interview make some research to know about company’s products in the market and also its work
culture.

Be specific with what ever you add in the resume.

MOST IMP(for MANAGER): Manager will have the feedback from previous rounds, so do not give conflicting
answers.
Some useful tips
When given an opportunity, do ask questions back to the interviewers.

The questions you ask must show that you are really willing to work in the company.

Ask them about their experiences in Microsoft.

Ask them questions about their field of work and also any questions on the products they work
on, if you can think of any.

Always be polite and confident. Speak with a good volume and a strong voice.

Never let your smile fade off during the interviews, no matter what.

Keep your interests aside and show them that you are wiling to work in a support job. Do it if you
want the job.
Some useful tips

Don’t mention details of any research related work or any paper presentation you’ve done in
your resume. Remember, it is a tech support job not an R&D one.

Most importantly, believe in yourself and trust the Almighty. Everything will go fine. 
