a male boss to strongly agree that "There is
someone at work who encourages my
development."

Those who work for a woman are 1.29 times

progress.“

Do Women Make good Managers?
Conclusion
The fact that women are good managers.
But, that does not mean that men are not
good managers. We all have some
weaknesses and strengths. And, women have
the capability to convert their weaknesses
into strengths.
