• The name of the proposed business is “JE Cube Consultancy


Services”. Which is from the name initial of the partners.
Location of the Business

• JE Cube Consultancy Services is located at Binondo, Manila.


• One of the reasons for choosing this location is because the site is
being centered by a lot of establishments which can be in the list
of future clients of the partnership.
• The proponents decided to chose this location because it is very
accessible to the small and medium enterprises in the city.

A printer is a peripheral which produces a
text or graphics of documents stored in
electronic form, usually on physical print
media such as paper or transparencies.

A personal computer (PC) is any general-


purpose computer whose size, capabilities,
and original sales price make it useful for
individuals, and which is intended to be
operated directly by an end-user with no
intervening computer operator. In contrast,
the batch processing or time-sharing models
allowed large expensive mainframe systems to
be used by many people, usually at the same
time.

A telephone is an instrument that converts voice and other sound signals
into a form that can be transmitted to remote locations and that receives
and reconverts waves into sound signals. Telephone is use to speak with
other person in the line or transmit a message using by it.

An electronic calculator is a small, portable, usually inexpensive electronic


device used to perform the basic operations of arithmetic. Modern
calculators are more portable than most computers, though most PDAs are
comparable in size to handheld calculators.
Air conditioning is the removal of heat from indoor air for thermal comfort.

Fax (short for facsimile), sometimes called telecopying, is the telephonic transmission
of scanned printed material (both text and images), normally to a telephone number
connected to a printer or other output device. The original document is scanned with a
fax machine, which processes the contents (text or images) as a single fixed graphic
image, converting it into a bitmap. The information is then transmitted as electrical
signals through the telephone system. The receiving fax machine reconverts the coded
image, printing a paper copy.
FURNITURE AND FIXTURES
A desk is a furniture form and a class of table often used in a work or office setting for reading or writing on or
using a computer. Desks often have one or more drawers to store office supplies and papers.

An office chair, or desk chair, is a type of chair that is designed for use at a desk in an office. It should be comfortable
and adjustable and can swivel 360 degrees.

Monobloc (chair) is a type of light-weight chair made of one-piece plastic.

A Waiting Table is furniture usually place close to waiting chairs. It usually has newspaper, magazines, and other
reading materials on it for the waiting customers.

A filingcabinet (or sometimes file cabinet in American English) is a piece of office furnitureusually used to store paper
documents in file folders. In the simplest sense, it is an enclosure for drawers in which items are stored.

A couch, also called a sofa, is an item of furniture designed to seat more than one person, and providing support for
the back and arms. Typically, it will have an armrest on either side. They consist of a wooden or metal structure
supplemented by padding and are covered in a variety of textiles, leather, or sometimes a combination of both.
SUPPLIES
Bond paper is a high quality durable writing paper similar to bank paper but having a
weight greater than 50 g/m2. It is now used for letterheads, other stationery and as paper
for electronic printers.

A file folder is a kind of folder that holds loose papers together for organization and
protection. File folders usually consist of a sheet of heavy paper stock or other thin, but stiff,
material which is folded in half, and are used to keep paper documents.

A paper clip (or sometimes paperclip) is an instrument used to fasten sheets of paper
together usually made of steelwire bent to a looped shape.

A Post-it note is a piece of stationery with a re-adherable strip of adhesive on the back,
designed for temporarily attaching notes to documents and other surfaces.

A stapler is a mechanical device that joins sheets of paper or similar material by driving a
thin metal staple through the sheets and folding the ends.

of the equipment is 5 years and furniture and fixtures are 10 years.
• Leasehold improvement is to be depreciated using straight line method for 5 years.
• Repairs and maintenance is estimated to be 2% of the carrying value of the non-
current asset and increases by 2% cumulatively every year.
• Utilities expense is expected to increase at 5% annually; it includes water and
electricity consumption and PLDT with internet.
• Advertising expense is estimated at P15, 000 and it is projected to increase at 2%
annually.
• Ending office supplies and other supplies is estimated to be 20% of the budgeted
supplies.
• Permit and Licenses are estimated at P9, 335 and expected to increase at 5%
annually.
• Rent is estimated as P15, 000 per month and it is projected to increase at 10%
annually, payment is made including only 11 months of the service year and 1
month payable the following year.
