• It is the venue for the Community
to plan for the activities that will
be conducted during the Sub-
Project Implementation Stage.
• It is also the venue where the
Community Volunteers review the
Sub-Project Technical Documents
and be oriented with the different
construction forms and
reportorial requirements

• The BSPMC convenes the


different committees that will be
involved during the SPI, also key
players like the Construction
Foreman and MCT/LGU technical
staff to discuss the details of the
Sub-Project.
• Roles of different committees and
individuals are discussed and
explained during the conduct of
this activity

• The Detailed Estimates is


presented and each item of work
is explained according to the
capability outputs.
• The Construction Method that
was previously formulated during
the planning stage must be
discussed to plan out different
strategies during SPI.
How ?

• Review the Community


Employment Record Sheet (CERS)
and coordinate with the
community on people who
committed to work during
construction period.
How ?

• The details of the Technical Plans


are discussed and explained to the
community volunteers.
• From the discussion, the community
with the assistance of the technical
staff, identifies sub-project
deliverables and different activities
to meet this deliverables according
to the timeline.
• The community then identifies
which work items can be done
simultaneously according to the
work schedule stated in the GANTT
Chart.
How ?
• With the use of the Planned
Community Procurement Package,
the community now can determine
which materials, equipment and
labor force are needed at any period
along Sub-Project Implementation.
• Location of drop off points for the
delivery of materials can now be
strategically identified according to
the work schedule and plans.
• It is important that the BSPMC
assigns the MIT and the
warehouseman to be present during
the delivery of materials in the
identified drop sites.
