Problem
1. What are the values and practices acquired by grade 12 GAS &
HUMSS in immersion. In terms of:
A. Dealing with their administrator,
B. Dealing with their supervisor, and
C. Dealing with their co immersions and other employees.
2. How these acquired values and practices affect the performance
of grade 12 GAS & HUMSS in school?
3. What implication can be derived from the study?

RESEARCH DESIGN
The researchers used the descriptive method in this
study. The researchers used a questionnaire that will answer
by the respondents. According to Calderon (2008), as cited
by Alberto et al (2011), descriptive method is also known as
statistical research, it describes data and characteristics
about the population or phenomenon being studied.
RESEARCH
PARTICIPANTS
The respondents of the study were comprised of 40
students from the Grade 12 section B General Academic
Strand(GAS) and Humanities and Social
Science(HUMSS), Senior High School students of Malolos
Marine Fishery School and Laboratory during the
academic year 2018- 2019
EXPLANATION OF
PARADIGM OF THE STUDY
This part intends to establish a conceptual
framework. This conceptual framework helped to assist
the researchers in focusing and organizing the research
paper entitled “Effects of Values and Practices acquired
from Work Immersion of Grade 12 GAS and HUMSS"
in this current year.
With the help of Conceptual Framework the researchers
knew how to think about the plan on the area that the researchers
want to study to achieve the aim of research. The researchers
must follow some procedures from Choosing or designing a
research topic, searching literature, developing objectives, then
informing the participants, and also collecting and analyzing data
until in the preparation of final paper in order to achieve the main
purpose and make the research possible.
Instrument of the
study
Survey Questionnaire
The researchers conducted a survey about the effects
of values and practices acquired from work immersion of
Grade 12-GAS and HUMSS in A.Y. 2018-2019 Senior High
School students of Malolos Marine Fishery School and
Laboratory. The said questionnaire is consists of 15
statements, divided by these 3 categories namely:
A.Dealing with their administrator
B.Dealing with their supervisor
C.Dealing with their co immersions and other
employees.
