【Basic requirements】:
Subcontractor's quality assurance team (quality manager, site quality responsible
personnel r), construction team leader and key technician shall participate the training
and award the qualification certificates after training. And the name list with qualification
certificate shall be submitted to the project quality manager for recording purpose.

【Basic requirements】:
1. The subcontractor quality manager shall assist ZTE on demonstration site construction and
acceptance standard confirmation.
2. The subcontractor quality manager organizes and coordinates the subcontractor quality
assurance team to actively participate the demonstration site construction
3. After the demonstration site construction, the three parties ZTE, customers, and
subcontractors, shall carry out the acceptance inspection and confirm the revised site
acceptance standards, progress and delivery documents with signatures.

【Basic requirements】:
The subcontractor quality manager shall know clearly chapter 5 “project quality” and
chapter 7 “penalty to contract breach in the subcontracting agreement Particular -

and project implementation in term of subcontracting engineering.

1. Subcontractor quality manager has the responsibility to supervise and check whether the
sub-contractors’ construction tools are complete and submit the tool list (such as
construction tools, personal protective tools) to ZTE quality manager for recording. before
the site implementation
2. The subcontractor quality manager shall carry out t the site audit when site construction
commence and submit the audit report, which should include the photo proofs for
working certificate, tools and PPE.
【Basic requirements】:
1. After the first site construction (hardware installation) or the key engineering process (civil
works) completion, the construction team shall apply for the quality inspection and
confirmation to ZTE regional quality responsible personnel. The site which is not conf will
have to rectify on-site, until the site is complete and meet the standard. The corrective
actions and remedies shall be taken to remove any found deficiencies till final completion
and qualification.
2. Each construction team should take clear and complete photos to the key engineering
process and archive them and submit to ZTE quality counterpart together with the site
acceptance documents.

1. 100% Self-check: Subcontractor quality manager should require and monitor the
construction team to carry out the 100% self-check on the incoming material, process and
equipment installation quality and output the corresponding document or photo as the
evidence of self-check..
2. Key process quality monitor: The subcontractor quality manager implements the most
strict process quality control(especially the concealed work).
3. The acceptance standard for the key milestone :The subcontractor quality manager
shall coordinate with site engineers on site construction quality acceptance of the key
milestone points.

1. The subcontractor quality manager should submit weekly/monthly report and other
related output according to the requirements of ZTE.
2. When the subcontractor quality assurance team find some questions in construction
process, such as measurable design or defection, they have the responsibility to feedback
to the Project team
3. When the subcontractors identify any engineering quality hidden trouble, they shall
report to ZTE immediately
【Basic requirements】:
1. The subcontractor quality manager needs to collect and submit quality self-check report
and the subcontractor's internal quality audit report every day. Identify and sort out
serious quality problems in terms of region, problem categories, communicate to all
construction workers, and send E-mail to project quality manager. The rectification
progress should be tracked and refreshed every day.
2. Regarding the serious, common quality problems, the subcontractors should set up quality
improvement team to complete the rectification in time.
