 AXES :
Axes are the points by which the movements take place.(
standing erect with the head, toes and palm of the hand facing
forwards and the finger extended.) is the correct position to
discuss about the planes and axes.

 PLANE :
planes are the space or surface where the movements take place.

 There are three basic plane in human .

1. SAGITTAL PLANE

2. FRONTAL / CORONAL PLANE

 it is vertical and extends from front of body to the back.
 It divides body into right and left sections.
