• Situational Judgement Tests (SJT) can be used in Interviews to assess Candidates on Decision Making skills, Soft skills, Non-Academic behaviours, Practical
Intelligence & other competencies
• Prepare & Plan for Process Orientation, Soft Skills, BPO related Process Trainings – Ensures Candidate is properly trained for all BPO related roles.
