MAGGI-ANO is a new restaurant in College Street at Mahatma

Gandhi Road,Kolkata . The area of the restaurant is(125-150sq.ft).MAGGI-


ANO is a Limited Liability Corporation, managed by its owners,
Subhankar Bhattacharjee,Saurav Chatterjee,Biki Jha and Rahul Dey. The
restaurant’s startup capital will be 40 lakhs where the owners are
investing 10 lakhs each on the business.. The profits will be distributed
according to 25% each.The primary focus will be on the healthy and
hygienic food serve to the customers and satisfying them by proving best
service. The expected turnover will be 25 to 35 Lakhs.
•FSSAI LICENSE-: It needs some documents verification and
it involves some quality testing process and NOC from the
owner or partner.
•Health and trade License-: It needs some documents
verification .This license is generated by the Municipal
Corporation ,and it will cost approximately around Rs.500 –
Rs.50000 , the license is generally issued within 60 days of
submitting the application form. Municipal Corporations
hold the power to shut down restaurants which do not have
this license.
Eating House License :- The Eating House License is provided by
the licensing Police commissioner of that city where we want to open
the outlets. The approximate cost required to issue this license is Rs.
300 for 3 years. It require NOC from the landlord, regarding the
installations of CCTV Cameras with 30 days recording facility, site plan
containing details of the size of Eating House, etc.
Shop and Establishment Act :- To run a food business it must register
the restaurant under the Shop and Establishment Act. To register 30
days of the commencement of the business, the total cost incur for this
license amounts to Rs.200 to Rs.4000 per year. However ,the cost is
relative as it depends on the number of the employees and the location
of the restaurant.
Fire Department :- The resturant’s ulterior motive must be to protect
their customers from all things injurious be a food products or hazards
such as fire. A NOC from the fire dept. is also to required to run a
restaurant.
GST Registration:-GST that came into force since 1st july 2017,
registering in GST is one of the major things of restaurant business. It
reqiure Copy of Pauires various documents such as copy of PAN card
of Patnership Firm, copy of patnership Deed, copy of Aadhar card of
all patners, latest bank statement of the bank, list the item to be traded,
etc. GST registration process is simple wherein Patnership firm can
obtain by filing basic documents online at www.gst.go.in It require 4 to
5 days to registered and it is free of cost.

Environmemtal Clearance:- A restaurant should need to apply for


environmental clearance certificate by submitting a numbers of
documents to obtain CEC along with the application and the NOC is
granted by state regulators.

Place- The location we have chosen contains an additional area we can
annex for extra seating if and when it becomes necessary, for a small
additional rental charge.We have choosen the area of College
Street,Kolkata because the demand for affordable and hygenic food
lovers are very high on that locality for
example,Students,Employees,Tourists,Local residents.

Promotion-For our Shop’s promotion we will apply two


promotional tools for example,(a)Advertisements-We will give
advertisement in the newspaper,and Leaflet in social media by
creating our own page to promote our shop as well as our product
also.And,(b)Sales Promotion- It will includes Discounted
Prices,Coupons,Rewards Points,Seasonal and Holiday specials
dishes.
 CUSTOMER SERVICE-The most important people in our business
are the customers. We will received so many recommendations and
testimonials from happy customers if we serve our best to them and
which will result the fantastic feedback by the customers.
 EMPLOYEES-We will hire trained/professional employees in our
shop to provide the best services to our client/ customers. The
