• founded by Dr. Joseph Arthur on August 8, 1969
at Zamboanga City, Philippines.
• co-founded by Consolatrix Montecino.
• first operated in Universidad de Zamboanga as
College Youth Center.
• registered in the Security and Exchange
Commission (SEC) in 1974 and accredited by
National Youth Commission.
• instituted its main office at Poblacion, Talisay City,
Cebu, Philippines.

• It is a parachurch that supports the churches
in carrying out The Great Commission and
serves as an evangelistic arm of partnered
local churches.

ministry operating in 33 Districts & ministering
in universities and colleges in the Philippines.

• Students are the future leaders of the next
generation.

 Current Social Problems Involving
Students
A number of students are engaging in:

• Premarital Sex;
• Use of prohibited drugs;
• Online games;
• Gambling;
• Alcoholism;
• Cigarette smoking;
• Rebellion against parents;
• Prostitution;
• Anti-social fraternity/Sorority Groups;
• Truancy; and
• Other problems affecting their total well-being.
What is the preventive and restorative
solution
Only a Christ-controlled life is the ultimate
solution to the given social problems.
 What is Your Responsibility
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching
them to obey everything I have commanded
you. And surely I am with you always, to the
