 Facing difficulties in installation,

operation, maintenance from the
beginning.

 Installation completed in January,2015

without completing some key safety
tasks though Elevator received on May
26,2010.

  The accident of sudden trap of 14
people for more than 18 minutes
inside the elevator # 2 was a serious
indication of risk following which
management has stopped operating
the elevators.
 A number of world reputed brand
elevator companies with strong
local experience had been engaged
to modify (if required) the elevators
(for ensuring full safety) and to
operate them as their own brand.
Creative was awarded for
refurbish two Elevators since long
term solution cannot possible with
these Elevators

expecting to get the materials by July , 2016,
• This additional materials will be installed at remaining floors
and it may take another two weeks to complete.

• Contacted directly with NOHMI Japan; direct agreement with Nohmi
• This saved 121 K USD materials purchased earlier and also about
another 100 K USD by avoiding purchasing of “additional” Fire Detection
System
